unsafe showerinconsistent service
I was quite disappointed with a few aspects. the bathroom needed better maintenance. The shower glass door felt UNSAFE. It seemed like it could detach at any moment. plus, replenishing basic supplies was inconsistent. I had to request soap and towels several times, which became a hassle.

The hotel's proximity to Swiss Cottage station proved very convenient. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was friendly. I had a VERY comfortable stay for the duration.
The room was too hot. The air con didn't work.

The hotel is near Swiss Cottage station. It is a quick walk. Primrose Hill and Regent's Park are also nearby, it is convenient to explore the area. Getting around was very easy.

The staff were always helpful and friendly, addressing any questions promptly. Requests were actioned upon immediately, this showed great attention to detail. The smooth check-in and check-out made the arrival and departure seamless.

I was thrilled with the hearty breakfast and its huge variety. the location was also convenient. It allowed easy walks and quick access to both the tube and bus lines. some of the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful too!

The hotel is conveniently located near swiss cottage station. the room included a fridge. This was very useful. i also appreciated the availability of a safe in the room.

the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. i had a balcony, nice. the room featured complimentary drinks in the fridge. a great big large screen tv was also provided.
the heating system blew cold air at the same time as hot, even when i increased the temperature. the lighting was awful. the pillows were the worst soft flat pillows i've ever used.

the hotel offers a pool plus a steam room, a great benefit for relaxation. kids really loved the pool. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering enough equipment for a solid workout.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection with fresh options always available and stocked, despite high traffic. freshly prepared items were available upon request, an excellent touch. the staff were responsive and friendly.

The hotel provided complimentary luggage storage on the day of my departure.
The fitness center and pool area looked outdated and not particularly clean to me. There were no bathrobes or swimming shoes provided. The pool was consistently occupied by children and swimming lessons, preventing normal swimming.
